How to redirect customers after payment

Learn how to configure post-payment redirection for payment forms and payment buttons.

You can automatically redirect customers to a specific page once their payment has been successfully processed. This can be either a Learnybox page (such as a sales funnel or website page) or an external website page.

Step-by-Step: Configure Post-Payment Redirection

For Payment Forms:

1. Access Payment Form Settings

  • Navigate to SalesOffers

  • In the Forms tab, select the payment form you wish to configure.

  • Open the Settings tab.

2. Enable the Redirection Option

  • In the first settings sub-tab, locate the following option: Redirect after valid payment

  • Set the redirection:

    • Learnybox page: Select any funnel or website page from the dropdown menu.

    • External page: Enter the URL of the external page you want to redirect to.

3. Save Your Changes

  • Click Next step (bottom right) to save and apply your changes.

For Payment Buttons:

1. Access Payment Button Configuration Page

  • Navigate to SalesOffers

  • Open the Payment buttons tab

  • Click Edit for the button you wish to configure

2. Enable the Redirection Option

  • In the Product configuration section, locate the following option: Redirect after valid payment

  • Set the redirection:

    • Learnybox page: Select any funnel or website page from the dropdown menu.

    • External page: Enter the URL of the external page you want to redirect to.

3. Save Your Changes

  • Click Confirm (bottom right) to save and apply your changes.

What Happens Next?

Once the redirection is set, your customers will be automatically redirected to the chosen page immediately after their order payment has been processed.
