Share codes allow you to send a copy of a Learnybox creation, such as a course, webinar, sequence, or offer, to another Learnybox account.
This article explains how to create a share code, import an item received from another user, and identify when this feature may be useful.
Step 1 – Access share codes
Go to Tools → Share codes
Step 2 – Create a share code
Click Create share code
Enter a code of your choice, or keep the automatically generated code.
Select the type of item for which you want to create the code, such as a course or sales funnel.
Optionally, set the maximum number of times the code can be used. Once this limit is reached, the share code will be automatically deactivated.
Choose whether the code should be activated immediately upon creation or remain deactivated for the time being.
Click Confirm (bottom right) to create your code.
Step 3 – Send the share code
Once the code has been created, send it to the other Learnybox user.
The recipient can enter the code from their own Learnybox account to import a copy of your creation.
⚠️ Important: The code does not provide access to your account. It only allows the recipient to retrieve a copy of the shared item.
Importing an item using a share code
To use a share code you have received:
Go to Tools → Share codes
Click Import
Enter the share code you received, then click Import
A copy of the shared creation will be added to your Learnybox account.
You can modify the imported item freely. Any changes you make will not affect the original item in the account of the person who shared it with you.

Each import creates an independent copy. The person importing the item can therefore modify it in their own account without affecting the original version.
