This article explains how the Learnybox Project Management tool is organized and how projects and tasks work together.
Use it when you want to break down your work into tasks, monitor their status, and track the overall progress of a project.
Access the Tool
Go to Tools & Teaching → Project Management
The tool includes two tabs:
Projects
Tasks
Projects
A project groups related tasks under the same topic. When you create a project, all its associated tasks appear as a checklist.
For example, a project can contain three high-priority tasks. You can update each task status directly from its checkbox:
The first checkbox click sets the task as in progress.
The second checkbox click marks the task as completed.
Each change automatically updates the project’s progress. Once all tasks within the project are completed, the project itself is marked as Completed.
Tasks
The Tasks tab displays tasks from all your projects in one place. This allows you to manage individual tasks without opening each project separately.
For each task, you can view:
Its name
Creation date
Associated project
Priority level
Current status
You can also:
Any changes made from the Tasks tab are automatically reflected in the associated project.
What happens as tasks are completed?
As you update task statuses, Learnybox updates the corresponding project progress automatically. When every task in a project is completed, the project is automatically marked as Completed.
