What is LearnyDoc?
LearnyDoc is a free live support service that allows you to speak directly with a Learnybox expert.
Whether you need help setting up your account, using a specific tool, or resolving a technical issue, LearnyDoc provides real-time assistance to help answer your questions. Sessions take place twice a week and are open to other Learnybox users.
When are LearnyDoc sessions available?
LearnyDoc sessions are held at the following times:
Tuesdays: 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM (CET)
Thursdays: 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM (CET)

How to join a LearnyDoc session?
When the LearnyDoc room opens, a Join the LearnyDoc button becomes available.
Click this button to enter the online waiting room and join the live session.
LearnyDoc sessions take place in a public group room, meaning other Learnybox users may also be present.
What to expect during a session
To make the experience comfortable for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
Wait your turn: If another user is already speaking with the LearnyDoc expert, mute your microphone and wait until they finish.
Ask your question: When it's your turn, explain your issue directly to the LearnyDoc expert, who will help you find a solution in real time.
Be mindful of other participants: Since sessions are held in a shared room, other users may hear your questions and the expert's answers.
