LearnyDoc is a free live support service where you can speak directly with an expert to resolve your questions in just a few minutes.

The service is hosted twice a week and offers real-time assistance with your Learnybox setup, tools, or technical challenges.

Access Room: When the LearnyDoc room opens, a Join LearnyDoc button will appear. Click it to enter the online waiting room.

Live Group Session: This is a public room. Other Learnybox users may also be present during the session.

Be Courteous: If others are already in the room, please mute your microphone and wait your turn to avoid disrupting the ongoing session.

Get Personalized Help: When it's your turn, the LearnyDoc will speak with you directly and help resolve your issues live.

Open Exchanges: Other users may listen in while your question is being answered.
