This article explains which file formats you can upload to your account library and the maximum size allowed for an individual file.
Use it when you want to check whether a document, image, video, audio file, or other file type is supported before uploading it.
Maximum file size
The maximum size for an individual file uploaded to your account library is 2 GB.
Supported file formats
The following file formats are supported:
aiff, asf, avi, bmp, csv, dbf, doc, docx, epub, flv, fmp12, gif, ico, jpeg, jpg, key, mer, mov, mp3, mp4, m4v, mpeg, mpg, ods, odt, pdf, png, ppt, pps, pptx, rtf, srt, sub, swf, tab, tif, tiff, txt, vtt, wav, wma, webm, wmv, xls, xlsx, zip
Naming your file before uploading
Use a short file name and avoid accented characters. File names that are too long or contain accented characters can cause an upload error.

About .mov files
Although .mov files are supported, Learnybox automatically re-encodes them to MP4 when they are uploaded.
If you experience issues with .mov videos, save your file in AVI, MP4, or WAV format before uploading it.
If you are unsure whether a file format is supported or experience an issue when uploading a file, please contact the Learnybox technical support team.
