You'll learn how to access your subscription settings, review your available options, and understand when you need to contact support.
Step 1 - Access your subscription settings
Click your administrator avatar in the top-right corner of the screen to open the Client area menu.
Select Subscription / Invoices to access your subscription management page.
Step 2 - View and manage your subscriptions
Once you're on the subscription management page, you can:
View your current subscriptions.
Access your latest subscription invoices.
Check your billing information.
Manage your main Learnybox subscription plan.
Manage subscriptions to related services, such as live webinars.

How do I downgrade my Learnybox subscription?
To downgrade your main Learnybox subscription, contact the Learnybox Accounting & Subscriptions team. Downgrades cannot be completed directly from the subscription management page.
