This article explains the settings available in an offer's Settings tab and the role of each section.
Use this tab to configure the main aspects of your offer, including its general settings, order form fields, design, automated sequences, and VAT rules.
1 - Access the offer's Settings tab
Go to Sales → Offers
In the Forms tab, select the offer you wish to configure.
Open the offer's Settings tab.
2 - Configure general settings
The Settings sub-tab allows you to modify the main information and settings for your offer.
You can:
Change the offer name.
Set the page users are redirected to after a successful payment.
Activate or deactivate the offer.
integrate Google Analytics.
3 - Configure your offer fields
The Fields sub-tab allows you to define the information visitors will be asked to provide when placing an order.
You can:
Select the fields your visitors must complete
Configure acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy
Manage consent for direct marketing
Manage consent for partner marketing
Add additional custom questions
4 - Customize your offer design
The Design sub-tab allows you to quickly customize the appearance of your offer.
You can modify how your offer is displayed or select a different theme.
5 - Configure the cart abandonment sequence
The Cart abandonment sequence sub-tab allows you to manage the automatic actions (autoresponders) triggered for visitors who leave your order page without completing their purchase.
6 - Configure the customer sequence
The Customer sequence (Payment confirmed) sub-tab allows you to manage the automatic actions (autoresponders) triggered after a payment has been successful.
This can be used to follow up with and support new customers after their purchase.
7 - Manage VAT rules
The VAT rules sub-tab allows you to configure the VAT rules applied to your offer.
