How to connect Make to your Learnybox account

Connect Make to Learnybox to automate actions between your Make scenarios and your Learnybox account.


This article explains how to connect Make to your Learnybox account so you can create automations between Learnybox and your other tools.

Learnybox is available directly among the apps and modules offered in Make. You can use it to manage contacts, courses, transactions, webinars, support tickets, and more.


Step 1 – Create your Make account

If you don't already have a Make account, start by creating one.

Once your account has been created, log in to your Make workspace.

Step 2 – Create a scenario

In Make:

  1. Open the Scenarios menu.

  2. Click Create Scenario

  3. Click the (+) button to add an app.

  4. Search for Learnybox

  5. Select the Learnybox module you want to use.

Step 3 – Create the connection with Learnybox

After selecting your Learnybox module, click Create a connection

  1. Give your connection a name.

  2. Enter your Learnybox subdomain.
    For example, if your Learnybox account URL is myaccount.learnybox.com, enter myaccount

  3. Enter your API key.


    To locate your API key in Learnybox, go to Tools → API → API Keys.
    Copy your Primary API key and paste it into the corresponding field in Make.

    ⚠️ The connection with Make requires the use of the Primary API key. Restricted API keys are not compatible with this connection.

  4. Click Save to create the connection.

Step 4 – Verify the connection

Once the connection has been created, you can check that it is working correctly from Make.

In Make:

  1. Open the Credentials menu.

  2. Click Verify to the right of the connection.


    The connection will appear as verified when the verification process is complete.

Which Learnybox modules are available in Make?

Make provides 24 Learnybox modules. These are divided into triggers, which respond to an event, and actions, which perform an operation in Learnybox.

Can I use a restricted API key to connect Make to Learnybox?

No. The connection with Make requires the Main API key from your Learnybox account. Restricted API keys are not compatible with this connection.

Where can I find my Primary API key?

In your Learnybox account, go to Tools → API → API Keys.
Copy your Primary API key and enter it when creating your connection in Make.

Is Learnybox available directly in Make?

Yes. Learnybox is available directly among the apps offered in Make. You can therefore select Learnybox when creating your scenario without having to create a custom integration.

What can I automate between Learnybox and Make?

What should I do if my connection isn't working?

Check that you entered the correct Learnybox subdomain and your Primary API key.

Yes. If none of the existing modules meets your needs, you can use the Make an API call module to call the Learnybox API directly from Make.
