This article explains how to disable comments on a blog article.
Use it when you want to prevent new comments from being submitted and hide comments that were previously posted on a new or already published article.
Disable comments on a new article (not yet published)
After creating a new article, you are automatically redirected to the article builder. From there, you can configure the article settings before publishing it.
1. Access Article Settings
Click Advanced Settings (top left of the builder), and select Article settings
2. Disable Commenting
Toggle the Display comments option off to disable commenting for this article.
This will also hide any previously submitted comments.Click Save (bottom left) to save and apply your changes.
Disable comments on a published article
Go to Website & Blog → Blog
In the Articles tab, click the edit icon for the published article you wish to configure
In the right-hand Information panel, toggle the Display comments option off
Scroll down and click Save (bottom right) to save and apply your changes.
