This article explains where to change a course’s delivery method and which options may remain available when the course already has registered members.
Use it when you want to adjust how your course content (modules and pages) is released in a specific course.
To change the delivery method for a specific course:
Navigate to Courses, select the course you wish to configure, and access its Settings.
In the course's general settings, you’ll see all the available content delivery methods for that course.
Important: If your course already has registered members, not all delivery methods will be available.
For example:
If your course was originally set to the Scheduled Modules Method and already has members enrolled, you cannot switch to:
Daily or Weekly Course Method
Subscription Method
However, you can still switch to:
Open Access
Restricted Open Access
These methods are compatible with courses that already have registered members.
