This article explains how to reset a course member’s data for a specific course.
Use it when you need to permanently delete a member’s course-related progress and activity data, including coaching requests, evaluation results, quiz scores, and completion rate.
To reset a course member:
Navigate to the relevant course.
Open the course's Members tab.
Locate the member whose progress you want to reset.
Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to the right of the member, and select Reset progress.
A warning message will appear. Check the confirmation checkbox to proceed.
Important: This action is irreversible. All course-related member data will be permanently deleted for the selected course.
