Resetting a member will delete all data related to their progress and activity within the course. This includes coaching requests, evaluation results, quiz scores, and completion status.
To reset a course member:
Navigate to the course’s Members tab.
Locate the member you want to reset.
Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to the right of the member, and select Reset.
A warning message will appear. Check the confirmation checkbox to proceed.
Important: This action is irreversible. All course-related member data will be permanently deleted for the selected course.
